About Me
I’m Megan Dias, a big-hearted girl from small town Massachusetts who loves nothing more than hanging out at home in my yoga pants or sweats with my husband and babies. I help other amazing ladies build businesses and lives that lights them up and leave them feeling fulfilled (while still wearing my yoga pants).
I own my happiness.
Now, I know that’s a bold statement. How many of us can say we actually own our happiness, or at least are trying to own our happiness?
The truth is, it hasn’t always been this way. I spent most of my life living into expectations yet never feeling quite fulfilled. Getting good grades, playing all the sports, going to a great college and building a successful career. I was following a path that was supposed to allow me to build a good life, to give me the ability to do all the things you do when you are ‘successful.’

But, in 2013 my life was turned upside down. My mother passed away after a brief battle with cancer and my husband and I began a 3-year struggle with fertility. I felt like the path I had worked so hard to follow was a burden, like I was no longer going in the right direction and I was absolutely miserable.
So, I changed things. I left my job as the Director of Marketing at a small Biotech company; where I was making good money, a respected member of the executive team, and by all typical standards, successful.
I began to redefine what success really meant to me and to build a better version of my life.
I landed in a consulting role where I not only led the organizations’ marketing strategy, but I helped build and launch courses steeped in the science of positive psychology and whole-person well-being. I studied as I worked, exploring research on how to create more happiness, more resilience, and more meaning in my life; even obtaining a Certificate in Positive Psychology. I learned that well-being wasn’t just a physical experience (as I once thought)… that to really experience well-being, you have to take into account the whole of a person.
I realized every single person has the potential to cultivate happiness and find meaning in both their WORK and LIFE.
6-years after my mother’s death, I knew it was time to step out from the shadows of other organizations and create my own path. I was ready to lead with my heart and take ownership of my work, my life and my happiness. Most importantly, I knew I needed to help others do the same.
I believed I could take my experience in business and connect it to the science and tools of positive psychology—helping others build businesses that enabled them to flourish. I began to think that I could help others call upon their strengths and utilize the best practices I knew to create processes and systems to bring more ease into their business and life. I began to understand that so many of the principles of living authentically and with meaning, also applied to business.⠀
I know there are other people out there who are feeling like I did. Lost. Unfulfilled. Like they have more to do and give the world but aren’t sure how. I know there are people living into a life that isn’t true to them. I know there are others struggling to create a business that supports their life, and can grow with them. I know there are people who have taken the leap to start their business but feel stuck and too overwhelmed to move forward.
These are the ones calling to me. These are the people I know I can help.
One person, one business at a time—I want to help make this world a better place.
We all have the potential to feel fulfilled in every aspect of our lives and we should all be able to own our happiness. Sometimes we just need a little help, some accountability, and a plan to make it happen.
