This week on the Living Your Success Podcast, we’re continuing the conversation around positive psychology, the science of living a thriving life.

We’re digging into one of the foundational elements of positive psychology that can help you to live a successful life and build a successful business– a growth mindset.

A growth mindset and a fixed mindset are the two terms coined by American psychologist and author Carol Dweck that are used to describe the underlying beliefs that somebody has about learning and intelligence.

In this episode, we dig into the difference between the two approaches, what it could look like to have a fixed mindset vs. a growth mindset, and why it’s so important to cultivate a growth mindset in yourself, your children, and even those around you.

If you ever have moments you feel like you’ve failed (we all do), challenges that feel too big, or opportunities you wonder if you are ready for… give this episode a listen.

And, if you’re ready to face the challenge of bringing your idea for an online course or program to life, check out my new program: Build the Course.
