Character strengths are a core principle of positive psychology and were one of the first tools of self-discovery that positively influenced my life and my business.
The VIA Institute on character classifies 24 character strengths under six categories of universal virtues, no matter who you are. But they each show up in our lives in different ways and levels. Understanding how these strengths show up for you can help you handle stress, get through tough times, find meaning and purpose, become happier, build better relationships, feel more fulfilled, and so much more.
